These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are an agreement between Aaroli Web Services ("Aaroli," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Aaroli and of the aaroli.com website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.
You agree to use all Aaroli services and facilities at your own risk. Aaroli specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Aaroli be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold Aaroli harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted against Aaroli, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Aaroli reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers, and shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
We bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan selected. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, we will provide a full refund if you have a valid reason (domain name registration fees, and any promotional/discounted first-term pricing, are non-refundable). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin. There are no fixed contract periods; each successive billing period renews automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Any approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method or your Aaroli account balance.
Accounts are billed according to their original activation date. If payment is not received, your service may be suspended after the due date, and terminated if payment remains outstanding. You will receive email reminders in advance of both suspension and termination.
All Services provided by Aaroli may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of applicable law is prohibited — including but not limited to copyrighted material used without authorization, material that is threatening, obscene, or defamatory, spam or unsolicited bulk email, denial-of-service attacks, malware, phishing infrastructure, and unauthorized network scanning or intrusion. Adult content is prohibited on all Aaroli servers.
Our Acceptable Use Policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or accounts are suspended as soon as they are discovered; we will inform you when and why action has been taken, except where doing so would interfere with a legal or law enforcement process.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to a content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances — this applies to the full remaining balance of the current billing period and any prior periods.
Aaroli shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, arising from services going offline or being unavailable for any reason, or from corruption or loss of data. All liability is limited to the immediate termination of the affected service.
Aaroli cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss, nor for any predicted or estimated profits a client would have gained had their service been continuously available. Some services provided by Aaroli are resold; certain underlying equipment, routing, software, and infrastructure are not directly owned or written by Aaroli. If any term of this Agreement is not followed, the account in question may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advance notice, without restitution, as Aaroli sees fit in its sole judgment.
Aaroli reserves the right to modify this Agreement, and any of the Policies referenced within it, at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
